Search is active on www.jenkins.io

Thanks to the efforts of Gavin Mogan, site search has been activated on https://www.jenkins.io and on https://plugins.jenkins.io .  We're using Algolia as the search engine.  We've been very pleased with the results on the plugins.jenkins.io site and are looking forward to tuning and adapting site search as we learn more.

Feedback is welcomed.  Pull requests are a great way to suggest your ideas.
