Jenkins 2.387.3 LTS RC testing started

Hi everyone,

The latest LTS RC has been made public and it is ready to be tested. Final release is scheduled for Wednesday, May 3^rd, 2023.

Please, report your findings in this thread.

You can download the release from https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/releases/tag/jenkins-2.387.3-rc. The war file can be accessed via https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/incrementals/org/jenkins-ci/main/jenkins-war/2.387.3-rc33338.349f385d65d2/jenkins-war-2.387.3-rc33338.349f385d65d2.war.

Just communicated with Mark Waite earlier, the fix for JENKINS-71139 will be backported to 2.401.1 instead.
