I'm guessing it's the hyphens in the version. Maven must think it's a snapshot and trying to deploy to the wrong version

Used account name : igor_filin. It have permissions for writing here. I've already changed password here https://beta.accounts.jenkins.io/auth/ and here https://accounts.jenkins.io/. Nothing helped.

I can see that maven using password, stored in settings.xml (used "mvd deploy -X").

Please help me to resolve this issue.
