Infra Outage: Update Center not updating

Hello dear contributors,
We are experiencing a minor outage on the infra: the update center is not updated since earlier today (around noon UTC approximatively).
It means that any plugin released since the last update are not visible for end users.
It's classified as minor because end user can still install plugins.

Summary: we need to renew the update-center certificate and we need help from one of the owner of the associated Certificate Authority key (to allow us signing the new one).
We'll keep you updated in the next 24 hours.

The outage is now finished and all plugin releases are now visible as usual.
