Password reset not working on issues.jenkins.io

Perhaps this isn't the right forum for JIRA or accounts.jenkins.io issues - I'm currently struggling to reset my password. The sign up process confirms that my email and username are already in use. The reset link, however, is not being sent. Is a system down, or is my account otherwise locked?

Try the password reset facility from https://beta.accounts.jenkins.io/ first.  If that does not work for you, then try the password reset facility from https://accounts.jenkins.io/ .  If that also does not work, then contact me by email at mark.ea...@gmail.com and I'll assist you with the reset process.

I'll need to know your Jenkins account username and the email address that you believe is associated with that account.
