Recovering Youtube Access for Alyssa Tong

Hello folks,

For information, I've set up the Jenkins Youtube shared account to:

• Replace Alyssa's CloudBees account by her personal Google account (as she lost access to her former employer's access without any notices)
• Removed Kevin Marteens's CloudBees account (same reason).

Are there any objection?
