Google Storage Plugin abandoned?

Hi,

https://github.com/jenkinsci/google-storage-plugin

Seems that this plugin project has been abandoned? I have an open pull request there without comment since September 2016. Any way to get somebody to merge and release? Is there a way to otherwise take over maintainership for this plugin?

Basically, this requires to try and contact the authors by email for at least 2 weeks generally. Then, if you're willing to take over maintenance, then we can hand it over to you.
