committ access to core no longer works

Hi,

I can no longer commit to core.
Now I get "git-receive-pack not permitted" and no longer have the rights to accept PRs.

I have the same issue.

Was the repo-specific group changed in the forking/renaming mess a week or so ago?

Yes, I believe so. I think the jenkins repo isn't in whatever team it
needs to be in.

I have added core team back to jenkinsci/jenkins, I have no idea why it
was not there.
