New Jenkins Plugin for Gitcolony

Hi!

I'm Mariano Focaraccio, Founder & CEO of Gitcolony and we are building a plugin to integrate our platform with Jenkins.

Gitcolony is a collaborative platform for software developers to do code reviews. By streamlining the code review process and incorporating gamification, Gitcolony makes code reviews actually happen in an efficient and amusing way.

Gitcolony comes in two flavors: Gitcolony for Open Source Projects and Gitcolony for Companies.

Gitcolony for open source projects allows any developer in the world to contribute with specific projects. Developers can follow the open source projects they love and help them by reviewing their code. Developers can also propose their own open source projects for review.

Gitcolony for companies encourages developers to share early feedback, reduce rework and leverage the knowledge of the whole group. Teams become more efficient while keeping code confidential.

I have already released our plugin (following the instructions in your wiki using mvn) but I still don't see it published. Is there anything else I should be doing in order to get it published?

Looks a lot like the usual maven-release-plugin 2.5 issue.
