Hi. The github-oauth-plugin weren't working as intended when using the Commit Authorization Strategy (match github user permissions to jenkins permissions) for workflow jobs.

I made a PR to fix this 14 days ago without any answers from the maintainers.

Moreover, this bug was discovered and the fix proposed in another PR one year ago but it is now in a rotting state. That's why I proposed a new one.

Is this plugin still maintained? Is this bug too irrelevant to be fixed or is the maintainer too busy to look into it?
