Adopt performance plugin

Hi,

I noticed that Performance Plugin is open for adoption. I'd like to take over it: https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Performance+Plugin

My motivation is issues not solved for long time like this: https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-28787

I'm the maintainer of JMeter-Plugins.org project and have enough domain expertise in JMeter, performance testing and Jenkins.

What is the process of becoming a maintainer for Performance Plugin?

Hi Andrey,

Please let us know your GitHub and Jenkins JIRA IDs.
If the plugin is open for adoption, we quickly transfer the ownership to a person who wants to adopt such plugin.
