Hi,

I see that https://github.com/jenkins-infra/repository-permissions-updater/pull/4417 was merged yesterday.

1. When should I get an invitation to the jenkinsci GitHub organization?

2. Considering this plugin is for adoption (the last commit was six years ago by oleg-nenashev), who will approve my future PRs?

What do you see when you visit https://github.com/jenkinsci/filesystem_scm-plugin/pull/17?
Do you have the permissions to merge the PR?

It seems like you might be handling future PR approvals on your own unless the previous maintainers decide to step in.
