build-blocker-plugin pending PR

Hi,
I have a pending PR
https://github.com/jenkinsci/build-blocker-plugin/pull/19 and still no
answers from the maintainers.
I'd like to have this PR merged and released.
Is there any possibility of doing this? I'm happy to become a seasoned
maintainer of this plugin.

Hi Olivier,

There is a process to adopt the plugin which is described in in https://www.jenkins.io/doc/developer/plugin-governance/adopt-a-plugin/ (this would be an abandoned plugin)

So you need to wait 2 weeks (normally) bit as this is the summer holiday period in the northern hemisphere it may be prudent to wait a while longer if things have previously still been merged.

oh right, there are some people on the other side of the world :) 

I will wait a bit until the end of the "sunny" period in some parts of the northern hemisphere...

Hello.

I am the current maintainer of the project.

I didn't receive any notification from github because the mention ```@dmone``` is not my gh handler.

I don't have any problem with adding additional maintainers though.
