Hello Jenkins Folks,

I am working with a developer as their mentor for GSoC 2026 on email-ext and OAuth 2.0 support. We are utilizing the oauth-credentials-plugin to get the tokens and such when authenticating with the SMTP server. We would like to create a PR to oauth-credentials-plugin to add some helper code for a factory like method for ScopeRequirement object creation. Are there active maintainers for the plugin? If not, I would like to adopt it so we can make the changes needed.
