I am part of the Rational Team Concert team working with IBM managing the teamconcert-plugin and teamconcert-git-plugin. Can you please provide me with commit access rights to the following repositories?

The existing maintainers are able to add new contributors to the plugin repositories. I suggest you ask them to do that.

If they don't know how, have them respond to this thread.
