Hello everyone,
Latest LTS RC was made public and it is ready to be tested. The final release is scheduled for 2021-11-01

I've found no surprises in my testing of Jenkins 2.319.1-rc since the release candidate became available. I switched a day or two ago to testing the most recent build with the latest changes merged to the 2.319.1 branch. I believe we are ready to release.
There is one issue that was recently marked as 'lts-candidate' and has not been merged to the 2.319.1 LTS. https://issues.jenkins.io/browse/JENKINS-67099 (trimLabels performance improvement) has not been merged. I assume it will wait until the 2.319.2 release in January.
