Build Queue not being processed - Timer task hudson.model.Queue$MaintainTask@52c633e failed

People,

I have a build queue not being processed.

There is an error in the logs

SEVERE: Timer task hudson.model.Queue$MaintainTask@52c633e failed
java.lang.IllegalThreadStateException: Thread is already started

Details:

Jenkins 1.580.1

under tomcat6

on RH6 x64

Any ideas?

Pretty sure, It has occurred a number of times when the jenkins instance is under load. The the queue stops being processed and the queue builds up. I have downgraded back to LTS version 1.565.3 for now to avoid this issue.
