Maintenance with downtime of JFrog Artifactory (repo.jenkins-ci.org) 18 of December of 2022

Hello dear contributors,

A maintenance of the JFrog Artifactory is planned for the Sunday 18 of December.

Expect a full downtime for roughly 6 hours (exact time window is not fixed yet).

During the maintenance:

- No release can be done

- No artifacts can be downloaded (failing builds on your machines as well as builds on ci.jenkins.io)

The status.jenkins.io website is up to date, and expect a blog post as additional communication in the upcoming hours.

Feel free to ask any question to the infra team!

Could you put ci.j.io into quiet down mode for the time to prevent builds failing for infra reasons?

Dear developers,

the maintenance was done successfully. All the infrastructure is back to normal.

ci.jenkins.io is back online and processing the build queue since 14:10 UTC (was 973 build). 92 builds are left in the queue: expect 30min of work before being fully operationnal.
