Changes for LabeledTestGroupsPublisher Plugin

I have a pull request pending for a dormant plugin:

It looks like the failure is related to the very old version of the plugin; the apt-compile phase doesn't play nice with Hudson. I wouldn't like to update its version, since I still want its users to enjoy these changes. I have tested it using mvn clean install, mvn hpi:run, so everything seems in order.
