Jenkins 1.651.3 LTS RC testing started

Hello everyone,

Latest LTS RC was made public and it is ready to be tested. Release is
scheduled for 2016-06-08.

Report your findings in this thread or on the test plan wiki page.

I suppose it is too late to suggest backporting JENKINS-34281?

Testing is over and 1.651.3 is ready to be released.

Kohsuke, please push the LTS release. Also, please release weekly some
time soon so we can get [1] fixed in 2.7.1.

Seems like the LTS changelog already got updated, but the .3 was never released. Someone just asked about it on IRC.
