Review/Pull Request: github-plugin

There is a pull request (https://github.com/jenkinsci/github-plugin/pull/31) to the github-plugin to remove the hard check for the "github.com" host.  Can someone review and merge it?

I'm running the same code, for which I also created a pull request (#32), but with the latest code merged in.
