The Jira system https://issues.jenkins.io will be updated with a newer version today, 10 Dec 2024, from 23:00 UTC to 23:59 UTC.  The administrators hope to limit the downtime to 30 minutes but have requested a 60 minute window to perform the work.

 Resolved after 15 minutes.  Update is complete.
