how to stop the "no changes" mail in email notification.

here i got the issue is sometimes Subversion is automatically updated in Jenkins server and send the "no changes" email notification to all my team members as shown below so kindly please we need your help to stop the "no changes" email notification.

Didn't you already ask this question and we're informed that you need to track down what is causing the build to kick off with no changes as the email notification is working as expected based on the fact that the job had actually run?
