Approval process - improvment sloccount-plugin

I created an improvement issues:

The goal is to have access to comments lines when I try to get actions project with my plugin.

I don't really know the steps of approval proccess (I don't know who is in charge) for this kinds of project so I create this post and add in cc the maintainers that I got.

In case of the approval is given:

I already has the code with the changes, so it will be a waste to bother a maintainer to do this, so if you want to give me the push rights ID:Safe0

The next step would be to create a pull request in GitHub that reflects your changes.

I tried, I thought I need rights in the project I just find out about the forks.

Ok so it's done.

I hope they will take a look before next friday I have a feature blocked in my plugin because of that
