Trouble creating a JIRA account

Hello,

I see others posting with the same problem, but no fix or work around. I tried to create an account called "nikkirally" in the Jira Issue tracker, but never receive an email with my password. I also tried to use the reset password link, but never received an email. Can someone help me get logged in or tell me what I'm doing wrong?
