Clearning security issue status after plugin release (batch-task plugin)

Hello,

I've released fixed SECURITY-1025 and released a new version of the batch-task plugin using the automated cd workflow. https://github.com/jenkinsci/batch-task-plugin/releases/tag/1.398.v550a_8e8ca_e5f

The release appears to be on the repository: https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/releases/org/jenkins-ci/plugins/batch-task/1.398.v550a_8e8ca_e5f/

I have 2 issues that are potentially related

* our instance doesn't see the update from the Plugins management section

* This official plugin page still displays the security issue https://plugins.jenkins.io/batch-task/

Any hint on how to fix this?
