Simultaneous timed builds omit the first node from selection with scoring loadbalancer

Hi all,

we've a problem in our scoring loadbalancer plugin.

Due to some caching inside Jenkins we don't get all nodes for scoring when scheduling a build.

A workaround is to use some short random delay but that feels hackish.

So please loog at the linked issue, maybe someone with more experience about jenkins queue can help on it.
