svnmerge plugin will be marked for adoption

Hi,

I would like to announce that I will mark svnmerge plugin for adoption.

The code of the plugin is very old and the plugin itself is not used a lot. I am wondering if I should also mark the plugin as deprecated. What are your thoughts on this?

Up for adoption makes sense to me.

Based on https://stats.jenkins.io/pluginversions/svnmerge.html there are still installations on current versions of Jenkins.

A bug has been reported that there is a tables to divs issue in the plugin https://issues.jenkins.io/browse/JENKINS-62853

I believe that tables to divs issue may make the plugin unusable after Jenkins 2.277.1.  If it is unusable and not adopted in a month, then I would deprecate.
