Jenkins 2.289.2 LTS RC testing started

Hello everyone,

Latest LTS RC was made public and it is ready to be tested. Final release is scheduled for 2021-06-30.

Please, report your findings in this thread.

Something looks wrong to me.

based on https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/5573  and https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/commits/jenkins-2.289.2-rc 

the former looks reasonable for a .2 LTS, the latter looks like it is the same as the last weekly release.
