Move 2 Sep 2024 board meeting to be 2 weeks later?

The Jenkins board meeting that is scheduled for 2 Sep 2024 is on a U.S. national holiday.  I propose that we move the meeting two weeks later to 16 Sep 2024.

Topic will be included in the board meeting agenda for tomorrow, 8 Jul 2024.
