Adopt a plugin: job-import-plugin

Hi,

I would like to adopt the Job Import Plugin (https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Job+Import+Plugin), so I need commit access to the git repo (https://github.com/jenkinsci/job-import-plugin).

My github id and jira id is "escoem".

Made you (escoem) a committer of the plugin.

Ideally you'll start slowly, with minor changes and maybe consider pull requests to get feedback from others for a while, as to not break things for existing users of the plugin.

I was also considering to adopt that plugin, since we use it between out Jenkins servers right now. Several (known) issues are a big problem and I'd be happy to help Emilio if his adoption pledge is accepted, and/or would also adopt it myself if necessary.

Any plugin may have more than 1 maintainers, so you can sync-up with Emilio on the joint activities :)

  Yes I tried with the bot, Emilio is in the right group but the group is R/O on the repo :(

  I don't know if the repo admin did this or if there is a bug in the bot ..
