Hi,

My account (shanbin) used to work correctly a few day ago, but now "mvn deploy" returns 401.

I can log in to https://jenkins-ci.org/account, but https://repo.jenkins-ci.org refused my login, I guess that's why I received a 401 during mvn deploy.

Is there anything changed on Artifactory access?

Thanks,
Shanbin

I'm currently facing the same issue. 401 while it worked previously very well (last deploy on 2015/02/05).

The upload is done (.hpi + .pom) and then the HTTP 401 error occurs.

Damien.

It's a known issue; unfortunately it's the same for everybody.

You can watch https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/INFRA-240 for updates.

I'm attaching more details:

[INFO] [ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-deploy-plugin:2.6:deploy (default-deploy) on project ontrack: Failed to deploy artifacts: Could not transfer artifact org.jenkins-ci.plugins:ontrack:hpi:2.4.2 from/to maven.jenkins-ci.org (http://maven.jenkins-ci.org:8081/content/repositories/releases): Failed to transfer file: http://maven.jenkins-ci.org:8081/content/repositories/releases/org/jenkins-ci/plugins/ontrack/2.4.2/ontrack-2.4.2.hpi. Return code is: 401, ReasonPhrase: Unauthorized. -> [Help 1]

Note again that the upload has actually been done. The error 401 occurs afterwards.

I'm using Maven 3.2.3:
