Release lead for 2.477.1 LTS 30 OCt 2024

I volunteer to act as the release lead for Jenkins 2.477.1, scheduled for 30 Oct 2024.

I've added entries to the Jenkins calendar for 2.477.x releases, including:

• 16 Oct 2024 - Jenkins 2.477.1-rc
• 30 Oct 2024 - Jenkins 2.477.1
• 13 Nov 2024 - Jenkins 2.477.2-rc
• 27 Nov 2024 - Jenkins 2.477.2
• 11 Dec 2024 - Jenkins 2.477.3-rc
• 08 Jan 2025 - Jenkins 2.477.3

I assumed the customary two week break at the end of the calendar year.

If that's not a workable choice or if 2.476 is chosen instead, I'm happy to revise the calendar entries.
