Need help publishing plug-in

Hi community,
i need help releasing the sasunit-plugin.
I use

$ mvn release:prepare release:perform -Dusername=... -Dpassword=...
to start the release process. The build ends with success,
but the plug-in won't show up in the available plug-in list as well as in the plug-in wiki page.

I attached the release log.
Am I missing something?

It usually takes a while before its shows up in the update center.

It looks like the SASUnit plugin has never been released properly. The Maven repo only contains snapshot builds.

Hi Peter,

There is a known issue with old mvn-release-plugin version. In old version it uploads the snapshot version instead of the release one. Just check the upload logs. If it happens, the first entry in the "Working around common issues" should help

Hi Daniel and Oleg,
yes you are right. This would be the initial release.
In the meantime I tried as you said and used
mvn -B org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-release-plugin:2.5:prepare org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-release-plugin:2.5:perform -Dusername=... -Dpassword=...
After some git adds and commits I got a build success. For now I will wait and see if the plugin shows up in the available plugin list. I will let you know :-)

yes, I am aware of that. I just tried again and got a build success. So I will check again tonight.

Thanks a lot to everyone! The plug-in is released and plug-in information showed up in the wiki page this morning.
