Hi,

I would like to adopt a plugin:

Early plans include updating to modern baseline (dependencies, tests - PR #184)
and then fixing the ConcurrentModificationException issue that got me here :)

I think the first step auto-completes most other outstanding PRs, and there
was little traffic over the years so probably not much to do except enabling
CD workflows on my way out.
