Experiment: Docker Image for Jenkins PR testing

Hi all,

I pushed a new image on the Docker Hub yesterday. My goal was to have an image designed to make it easy for anyone having Docker handy to test any Jenkins PR directly from source (in a isolated way blah blah, well dockerish)

The basic usage is (2200 is the PR id):

$  docker run -ti -p 8080:8080 -e ID=2200 batmat/jenkins-pr-tester
