I was wondering if there was a plugin that utilizes TotalValidator Embedded Tool?
Besides what Unicorn does, it also validates the whole site, WCAG and finds broken links.

AFAIK there is no such plugin for Jenkins. BTW, you can use it from Script build steps and add custom integrations (environment setup, installations) using https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Custom+Tools+Plugin
