Negociate SSO with Active Directory

Hello Jenkins Developers,

I have a small problem with the Windows Negotiate Single Sign-On plugin in combination with Active Directory plugin. The active directory domain and login is working very well, but with the Negociate SSO plugin only the combination of  

Authentication Packages: Basic(pop-up login) only works. The Negociate option is not working. So the problem is that if I close the browser, next time, it stills require the user to log-in. I want to make it to work on our intranet (to automatically log-on users). Can you help me please? Why it is not working with Negociate? We are using web application with Windows Authentication that work. Thanks!
