jenkins docker swarm plugin

I wanted to announce and possibly get some feedback on my docker swarm plugin

I know that there are many existing docker plugins, but none of them suited my needs because.

1. Not written for swarm.  eg: I want build to be rescheduled if swarm at later point when swarm doesn't  have requested resources available. Which would mean looking for a swarm specific error messages ect.  

2. Cloud api is not very well suited for single use slaves. 

3. Caching for builds is not supported in any existing plugins. This is critical for any practical  use of the plugin.

I'd appreciate any feedback and would like merge this into an existing plugin if you think that would be better.
