[ci.jenkins.io] New agent template version (Linux/Windows) with Git 2.38.0

Hello dear developers!

The Jenkins Infra team is deploying (https://github.com/jenkins-infra/jenkins-infra/pull/2429) a new agent template model which features Git v2.38.0 (as per https://github.com/jenkins-infra/packer-images/releases/tag/0.44.0).

If you see any issue with your build that looks related to this Git version bump, please open an issue in https://github.com/jenkins-infra/helpdesk or answer to this email with a link to the failing build and a bit of context, so we could rollback quickly the change if it blocks anything.
