Proposing myself as maintainer for EC2 plugin

Hi all,

My name is Francisco Robles and this is my first email to the mailing list. I am a DevOps/Infra Engineer based in Valencia (Spain).

It has been a while since I have been thinking involving me in an open-source project, and as I work constantly with Jenkins, I think the perfect opportunity has arrived with the EC2 plugin as Matt Sicker said that it needed a maintainer on this PR I have been waiting to be merged: https://github.com/jenkinsci/ec2-plugin/pull/445

I would like to request write access in the project in order to be able to maintain it.

Following what is requested in https://www.jenkins.io/doc/developer/plugin-governance/adopt-a-plugin/#requesting-commit-access here is the information I can provide:
