Does Jenkins (version 2.3) install Apache as part of the default installation (RHEL 7.2)? Trying to determine where the apache user came from in the passwd file on RHEL 7.2

I'm trying to determine if Jenkins (or what application) may have installed Apache and created the apache user in the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.2 passwd file.   I can see that the apache user has /sbin/nologin and the apache user appears to belong to Apache mapped to a default home location of /var/www.

I recently upgraded Jenkins from version 1.641 to 2.3 and do not recall the apache user being present in the system previously.  If anyone knows a way I can look into the system to see when this was setup that would also be helpful.

I sincerely appreciate the help in advance.

Thanks
