Adding Kris Stern as YouTube manager for Jenkins for Docs Officer duties

Hi everyone,

I wish everyone a Happy New Year! 

As I have been elected the Documentation Officer for December 25 to December 26, I will need access to the Jenkins YouTube channel in order to help me to fulfill my duties, as I will need to host the Docs Office Hours every two weeks and to post the recording of these meetings to YouTube once they are ready. Therefore, I would like to ask to be added with manager access in this regard.
