Adopting kerberos-sso-plugin

Steps taken to contact the existing maintainers: pinged @rsandell and @TWestling on
PR #87 on 2026-08-19 and cc'd them on the RPU PR; their addresses from the Git history
are in CC (I hope) of this mail. The last release was 247.v5b_3c2105a_9e3 on 2024-12-19 with no
commits since, and their most recent commits to the repository are from 2016 and 2015.

PR #87 fixes JENKINS-75881: the plugin challenges /login with a 401, but Jenkins core
guarantees that path is always readable and remoting's agent requires a 200 there before
every connection attempt, so inbound agents cannot connect at all. Beyond that I plan to
keep the plugin current with core baselines and dependency updates.
