Cannot deploy release neither snapshot (ldap connectivity failing)

Hi
While trying to deploy a release I got: 401 Unauthorised.
I tried to go here:
https://accounts.jenkins.io/login
This gave me:

reporting this as an issue in the Jenkins Infrastructure help desk.

I tried the forgot password option and I got this error:

Caused by:
javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.naming.CommunicationException:
simple bind failed: ldap.jenkins.io:636 [Root exception is
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: PKIX path validation failed:
java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: validity check failed]
at org.kohsuke.stapler.Stapler.tryInvoke(Stapler.java:818)

Is it possible to fix this?
