select box changes its visual appearance

Hi ,

I have a two checkboxes and two select dropdown. The same  jelly code  appear differently in different Jenkins version 

This is in in jenkins ver 2.164

And this is on Newer Jenkins version 2.332.3

the titles are automatically getting bold here and dropdown boxes appear below the caption. Is there any stale set the i could use to make caption non bold .
