Post Build doubt

Hi,

I've been developing plugin last 3 months. I need some help from you guys.

I am Expecting following use case, please let me know is this use case possible.

case 1: 

I have add one post build action (Recorder). Same like this action am i able to configure this when trigger build with Param option.

is it possible.

Example: 

 I have Email-ext plugin and once the build got success i will send a mail through this. Instead of this action, while trigger the build it should as me to configure.
