Status of jobConfigHistory?

Is anyone maintaining this plugin? I filed https://github.com/jenkinsci/job-config-history-plugin/pull/321 a few weeks ago but there does not appear to be anyone looking, and https://github.com/orgs/jenkinsci/teams/jobconfighistory-plugin-developers is empty. I hardly want to “adopt” this plugin but for better or worse people run it, and this poor behavior affects every single job save whether the plugin is being actively used or not.

I'm definitely not maintaining that plugin.  I've not seen anyone else acting as though they were maintaining it either.  I think that "adopt it to fix it" is better than leaving it without the fix.

Hi,

if no one wants to adopt it, I would be willing. We are using it, so I have at least some experience with this plugin and a test instance at hand ;)
