Issue tracker link broken for inheritance-plugin

could someone with the powers change the issue tracker link

on

to

https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?mode=hide&reset=true&jqlQuery=project+%3D+JENKINS+AND+status+in+%28Open%2C+%22In+Progress%22%2C+Reopened%29+AND+component+%3D+%27project-inheritance%27

? (Remove the trailing '-plugin')

The problem here was that the plugin component in JIRA wasn't created with the
conventional "-plugin" suffix.

I've corrected that in JIRA and the Issue Tracker link works as expected now.
