List Builder Parameter Plug-in

I have a use case for a list builder parameter plug-in (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_builder). I am getting ready to develop this myself, but I wanted to make sure it didn't already exist per the suggestion on the "Before starting a new plugin" page. I haven't been able to find what I'm looking for in my own searching.
